How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

As a frequent traveler I needed something that could hold a charge and not explode in my backpack. This one did a four day conference with two brushes a day and still had juice. I picked this up after my dentist said I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor light pops on when I push down and it taught me to chill out. I mostly use clean mode on weekdays and white mode before weekends. Battery life is solid, I charge it maybe every 10 days. The soft head has been kind to my gums and my breath stays fresher longer which my partner noticed right away.

Customer service helped me figure out which head to use after I messaged them about receding gums, and they replied the same day. I swapped to the soft head and the light touch plus the pressure sensor made a big difference. The handle has a nice grip even when wet. I’ve tried pricier brushes and cheaper ones and this sits right in the comfort zone for features without being annoying. Mouth feels fresh and my partner noticed my breath is better in the evenings.
