Shipping
Every order ships free with 2-day delivery within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day leave our warehouse the same day; orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is available at checkout with extended delivery times. We do not currently ship internationally.
The 30-day risk-free trial
Try AuraOne or WaveOne for a full 30 days from delivery. If it is not for you — even after daily use — we will take it back for a complete refund. Start a return by emailing support@nuveone.com with your order number, and we will send a prepaid return label the same business day. Return shipping is on us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked in, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will get an email confirmation at each step. Opened consumables (brush heads and nozzles) are not refundable unless defective; unopened refill packs are returnable within 30 days.
Exchanges
Want a different colorway? Email us within 30 days and we will cross-ship the new color as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Refill subscriptions
Refill plans can be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled at any time from your account or the app. Changes apply to any shipment that has not yet been processed.
Lifetime warranty
Every AuraOne and WaveOne is covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner: if the handle, drive system, sensors, or charging dock fails under normal use, we repair or replace it — for as long as you own it. The warranty does not cover consumables (brush heads and nozzles), accidental damage, cosmetic wear, unauthorized repair or modification, or devices purchased from unauthorized resellers. To make a claim, email support@nuveone.com with your order number or proof of purchase and a short description of the issue; most claims are resolved within two business days.
