How do I charge it?
Over USB C, with the cable in the box. It has a 1200mAh rechargeable battery, and a two color indicator on the handle shows the charge level and warns you when it is running low.
Is it waterproof?
Yep, fully waterproof (IPX7). Rinse it under the tap, keep it by the sink, bring it in the shower.
How often do I replace the brush head?
Every three months, like any brush. The AuraHeads 4 pack covers a full year of fresh heads, so the next one is always ready.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How do I know when I'm done brushing?
The built in smart timer runs the two minutes dentists recommend and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move on.
