• Contact and account details — your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account.
• Order and payment information — what you purchased and where it ships. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our servers.
• Brushing and flossing data — if you pair a device with the AuraOne app, we collect session data such as duration, coverage, pressure events, and mode used, so the app can coach you and track your progress.
• Device and usage data — browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics signals, collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
• Support conversations — messages you send our team, so we can help you and improve our service.

How we use it

We use personal information to fulfill and deliver orders, operate app features, provide warranty and support service, improve our products, send marketing you can opt out of at any time, and meet legal obligations.

How we share it
