This policy explains how Nuve (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use the AuraOne app, purchase our products, or contact our team. It is written for customers in the United States.
Information we collect
- Contact and account details — your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account.
- Order and payment information — what you purchased and where it ships. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our servers.
- Brushing and flossing data — if you pair a device with the AuraOne app, we collect session data such as duration, coverage, pressure events, and mode used, so the app can coach you and track your progress.
- Device and usage data — browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics signals, collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
- Support conversations — messages you send our team, so we can help you and improve our service.
How we use it
We use personal information to fulfill and deliver orders, operate app features, provide warranty and support service, improve our products, send marketing you can opt out of at any time, and meet legal obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, and analytics — under contracts that limit how they may use it, and with authorities when the law requires. Optional integrations (such as connecting the app to a phone health platform) share data only after you turn them on, and you can disconnect them whenever you like.

Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about a request. We never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Our store and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
