Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
Both handles, the drive systems, sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

The case deserves a shoutout because it actually protects the brush and clicks shut tight. I travel for volleyball tournaments and toss it in my duffel, no issues. I use the firm head after matches when I’ve been chugging sports drinks. The standard mode is my everyday. Super easy to rinse and keep clean.

I switched from a manual brush after my dentist kept pointing out trouble spots, and this device honestly made me more consistent. The little pressure alert nudges me when I start scrubbing too hard and the timed pulses got me finally doing all four sections evenly. I like the medium head most days and swap to soft when my gums feel tender after popcorn nights. Battery life is solid, I charge it maybe every week and a half. The travel case came with me on a weekend wedding and kept everything tidy in my carry on.

I picked this up before a weekend trip because my dentist keeps telling me to floss more and I hate the string kind. Pleasant surprise right away. The little travel pouch fits in my dopp kit and the cordless body feels sturdy but not heavy. I started on level 2 since my gums are a bit touchy, then bumped to 3 after a few days and it feels like a good middle ground. The jet really gets the gunk out after popcorn nights, and the rotating tip helps me reach behind my back molars where I always miss. My teen tried it on level 1 and said it tickled. Recharging is simple, battery lasted through the whole trip plus a week at home. Not perfect at containing splash in a tiny sink so I lean over more, but overall this device made my routine quicker and my mouth feels fresher in the morning. Easy 5 stars.

ok so i didnt think i needed another gadget for my teeth but my sister kept nagging me after my last cleaning and tbh i had a couple spots the hygienist side eyed me lol. i got this device and first time i used it i went too hard on level 5 and sprayed the mirror oops then i figured out start low like 1 or 2 and move around slow and it works way better. the head spins all around so i can reach the weird gap behind my wisdom tooth area and it actually pulled out a sesame seed from lunch which was kinda gross kinda amazing. battery life is fine i charged once on sunday and still going by thursday and i toss it in the pouch for work travel. not noisy either. sometimes i forget to close my lips and water goes everywhere but thats on me not the product, mouth feels super clean after pizza nights and im flossing more cuz its quicker.

Picked this up for travel since I hate those hotel floss picks. The pouch keeps the parts together and I just fill it with bottled water. It’s surprisingly quiet in a hotel bathroom. Level 2 is plenty for me, and I like that the button layout is simple, no weird modes. After a week on the road my gums didn’t feel puffy like they usually do. Happy with it.

Not fancy but very effective. The medium head is the sweet spot for me and I only use the powerful mode maybe twice a week. I appreciate that the travel case has vents so it doesn’t smell weird. Would recommend to friends who want simple.

I picked this up after my dentist mentioned I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor really taught me to lighten up. The first week I kept triggering it but after a few days I got the hang of it and my gums stopped bleeding. I rotate between the gentle mode in the morning and a deeper clean at night. Battery life has been solid, I charged it once and it’s still going. The travel case came in handy for a weekend trip and nothing rattled around.

This product made flossing after braces removal way easier for me. I can get between the permanent retainer and the gumline where food loved to hide before. The pulse feels focused, not splashy. I keep it on the charger every few nights and it hasn’t died on me yet. The travel pouch is legit handy because I toss it in my backpack. My hygienist noticed less buildup on the bottom teeth which never happens.
