How do they charge?

I picked this up after my hygienist nagged me about flossing and honestly it clicked for me. The water stream is strong but you can dial it down, so I started on level 2 for a week then moved to 3. The rotating tip helps me hit the back teeth without doing a weird mirror dance. I charge it on Sunday and it lasts through Friday.
