Bought it for travel and ended up using it daily at home. The water stream is focused so it really digs out the stuff hiding behind my lower retainer. I use level 1 around a sensitive spot and level 4 everywhere else. The rotating head is smooth not wobbly. I wrote to customer service to ask about replacement tips and they replied within a day with a link.

My kid has braces and we were spending ages with little brushes. This thing cut the time in half. He uses the softer setting and I take it up to 4 for myself. The nozzle swivels so we can both get the angles we need. We share it with separate tips which was easy to swap. Charging is simple and the water tank refills from the tap without drips.

I keep this in the shower to avoid mess and it’s been great. The grip is not slippery even with wet hands. Battery life surprised me because I only charged once in ten days. My gums are less puffy and I don’t dread the nightly routine anymore. It fits in the small travel pouch with room for toothpaste and a brush which is convenient when I crash at my sister’s place.
