How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

My spouse has sensitive gums and I have none so we both use the same handle with different heads. It is nice that soft and medium were included since we did not have to buy extras right away. The pressure sensor was an eye opener because I press too much when I get sleepy at night. Now the light nudges me to ease up and I do not see the pink in the sink anymore. Overall it has made our nightly routine calmer and cleaner.

My teenager and I share the base and just swap heads since it came with soft, medium, and firm. She likes the soft head because of braces and I prefer the medium. The timer pulses make it easy to move quadrants and I actually brush for the full two minutes now. It’s quiet enough that I can brush while she’s still asleep. The charging stand is small so it fits on our tiny sink shelf, and the battery goes nearly a month for us.

Cleans fine but the travel case is a bit bulky for my small purse and the light is kinda bright at night. I wish the button was a tiny bit quieter, minor stuff but annoying.
