I have a permanent retainer and this thing gets under it way better than those threaders. The pulse is strong enough on level 4 to knock out the sticky stuff after crunchy snacks. I like how the head turns so I don’t have to contort my wrist in the mirror. Been using nightly and waking up without that fuzzy tooth feel.

I start on level 1 around my gums then bump to level 3 for the tight spots. The rotating nozzle is clutch for my wisdom tooth area where food always hides.
