What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I switched from a cheaper brand and the difference is mostly in comfort. It cleans fast but doesn’t feel harsh, and the real time pressure cue made me adjust right away. The timer nudges every 30 seconds so I actually hit all areas, even when I’m rushing before a call. The charging stand is small and doesn’t hog counter space. I noticed a difference at my six month cleaning where the hygienist said there was less build up along the gumline. I credit the pressure feedback since it keeps me from scrubbing. Buttons are clicky and easy to use even when wet. It feels balanced in the hand and doesn’t rattle my fillings like a cheap brush I tried before.
