I emailed support to ask about replacement tips and they responded same day with a link and simple instructions. That was a good sign to me. Performance wise it’s strong enough to feel like it’s doing something without making my gums angry. I like the clicky feel when rotating the nozzle because it stays where I put it. Packing it for a weekend away was easy with the included pouch.

I’ve tried a few electrics and this one hits the right mix of options without feeling overdone. The handle is easy to rinse and doesn’t trap toothpaste gunk near the button. My teen just got her braces tightened and this has been a huge help between the brackets. We keep it on the gentle setting for her and I use the stronger one for myself at night. The handle feels sturdy and I haven’t noticed any drips from the nozzle. Charging is quick and I like that the indicator light is clear. For the price, the build and performance feel very fair.
