my first one had a tiny scuff on the case corner maybe shipping idk but the brush itself works awesome and they answered my email quick, been using medium head mostly and teeth feel slick like after a cleaning.

Took it on a work trip and used the case every day. It kept the head from getting dusty in the hotel bathroom which I hate. The charger is tiny and I only used it once because the battery lasted the whole 10 days. I alternated between medium and firm heads just to test and I ended up liking medium with the deep clean mode best.

Been using it for about 7 weeks and the heads still feel springy, I rotate medium and firm depending on coffee days, and I like that the handle wipes clean with just a towel so it doesn’t get that toothpaste crust.
