Customer service answered a quick question about brush head replacements within a day which gave me confidence. The included three heads were enough to find my favorite and keep a spare. I like the clean design on my counter and how easy it is to switch modes mid brush. Teeth feel slick after using it.

The first night I used the intense mode and it was a bit much, so I dialed back to regular and it’s perfect, I love that it remembers the last setting when I turn it on which saves fiddling when I’m half asleep at 6 am.

I switched to this after years with a basic electric brush and I can feel the difference right away. The first week I used the gentle mode to get used to the vibration and then moved to clean and deep at night. The pressure sensor blinks when I push too hard which I didn’t realize I was doing, so my gums are less sore now.
