I run before sunrise and brush right after, so anything loud is a no. This is quiet and efficient, and the timer keeps me honest when I’m still half asleep. The pressure warning saved me from my bad habit of pressing hard on the back molars. I used the firm head once a week and the rest of the time medium, and that feels like a good balance. I switched from a basic battery brush and the difference was obvious the first night. The vibration feels strong but not harsh, and the pressure light kept me from jamming it on my molars like I usually do. I like having five modes, but I mostly bounce between clean in the morning and sensitive at night.
