How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

After two months of daily use, I can say this device made brushing simpler yet better. I like that it came with three brush heads because my husband prefers firm and I stick with soft. The timer pulses help me not rush, and the pressure feedback stopped my habit of grinding the bristles into my gums. Charging is straightforward and I haven’t had to top it off very often. If the power button clicked a bit louder it would be perfect, but that is minor.
