How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?

I’m forgetful and skip charging things, but this battery lasts long enough that it doesn’t matter. Modes are clearly labeled, and the medium head feels just right. I appreciate the simple instruction card. My only tiny nitpick is the indicator light could be bigger. Still an easy recommend.

This device fits into my tiny bathroom setup without looking like a gadget showroom. I keep the soft head for days my gums feel grumpy and the medium when I’m in a rush. Soft head plus sensitive mode became my morning ritual after a wisdom tooth extraction. It was gentle enough that I did not dread brushing that area but still cleared the fuzz feeling. At night I go with the deeper setting and feel that squeaky clean on the back molars. Battery life has been excellent with charging only once since purchase three weeks ago.
