Packaging was tidy and recyclable which I appreciate. Setup took about 30 seconds and I didn’t need a manual. I rotate heads based on how my gums feel after spicy food nights and it’s surprisingly helpful. The sound is a soft buzz not a loud rattle so I can brush while my toddler naps. Only nitpick is I wish the mode labels were bigger for my sleepy eyes.

I bought this for a camping trip because I wanted a rechargeable brush that would not die on day two. Charged it fully before we left and after five days of twice a day brushing it still had power. The noise level is low which was nice in a quiet cabin. The pressure warning saved me when I got a little aggressive after a sticky s’mores night. Switching heads is simple, and I like that the firm head is actually firm but not scratchy. No unnecessary features to fuss with.
