I start on level 2 then bump to 4 for the back teeth and the switch is smooth. The nozzle rotates easily so I can reach behind my retainer wire without contorting. I grabbed this for my college kid who is rough on everything. He actually texted me that it “buzzes right” and the light stops him from grinding the brush into his gums. He likes the medium head and I kept the soft one for myself and it fits fine on my older stand too. The clean is noticeably better than his cheap drugstore brush and the battery is still going after two weeks of dorm life.
