Customer support helped me register it in two minutes which was a nice surprise. I had a small question about the light that flashes during pressure alerts and they explained it clearly. Since then I’ve actually stopped getting that sore feeling near my molars. Battery has been great and I only think about charging on Sundays. My partner commented my breath seems better in the mornings which I’ll take as a win.

I bought this after reading a thread in a parenting group. My youngest has sensitive gums and the soft head with the gentle setting worked well for him. We time brushing with a song and the even buzz pattern helps us switch sides. After a month the heads still look good and I feel like we are getting a deeper clean compared to the old manual brushes. My dentist gave me a gold star for improved brushing at my last visit. The pressure sensor trained me out of jamming the bristles into my gumline.
