I broke my old electric on vacation and grabbed this based on a friend’s suggestion. Shipping was fast and the box had everything ready to go with charge out of the box. First try I pushed too hard and the light warned me, after that I adjusted and it felt natural. Medium head is my favorite, firm is a bit much for me but my brother likes it.
