What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Cleans fine but the mode button is a bit clicky loud and the tiny icons are hard to read without my glasses. Also wish the travel case had a little space for toothpaste, minor annoyance.

Cleans fine, but the mode button is a bit clicky and the travel case latch is stiff. I wish the indicator light was slightly brighter in my dim bathroom.
