What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Cleans fine, but the travel case latch is a bit fiddly and I keep opening it the wrong side. Also the mode light is small so I squint at night. Not a deal breaker, just mildly annoying.
