What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Packaging was clean and it came earlier than expected. Setup took like one minute. I appreciate the timer pulses because I used to rush the back molars. The handle feels solid but not heavy and the grip is slightly textured so it does not slip. After a month I can say the plaque around my retainer is less gunky. Would buy again for a gift.
