Shipping was quick and the box wasn’t overpacked which I appreciate. The handle has a matte feel so it does not slip in wet hands. The rotation on the tip makes all the difference for me because I have a crown in the back that traps food. I can angle it and flush underneath without poking at it. The pulsing stream is strong but not sharp if that makes sense. I usually do one tank on level 3 then a quick second pass along the gumline. Cleanup is just a quick wipe and set it on the counter. No leaks so far.
