What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Customer service was surprisingly helpful when I asked about replacement heads. They pointed me to a bundle and it shipped fast. The device itself feels balanced in the hand and the vibrations are smooth, not buzzy like my last brand. I’ve noticed the tea stains on my front teeth are lighter after two weeks using the white mode at night and polish on Sundays. The travel case is sturdy and keeps the spare head from getting gross.
