How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?

I had some gum recession and was nervous to switch brushes, but the pressure alerts gave me confidence. The gentle mode with the soft head feels like a massage, not scraping. After two weeks my gums look calmer and I stopped seeing pink in the sink. Also appreciate that the handle rinses clean without gunk in the seams. Would buy again.

I used to dread flossing because it felt pointless after my old brush, but with this one I actually see less stuff left behind. The vibration is strong but not noisy, my partner can sleep while I brush late. The case is sturdy and has a little spot for a spare head which makes weekend trips easy. Customer service answered a sizing question quickly too. Happy with the purchase.

Got it during a sale and it replaced my five year old electric. The difference is night and day in how smooth my teeth feel along the gumline. I like the way it nudges me to ease up which I needed. I keep the charger in a drawer and only pull it out every couple of weeks. If the button had a tiny click it would be easier to use with wet hands, but it’s fine.
