Bought this after a friend showed me theirs at the gym. I keep mine in my locker and use it after lunch because spinach always gets stuck. Packaging was simple and inside was the unit, charger, extra tips, and a soft pouch. I appreciated that the instructions were clear with pictures. I used to own a big countertop flosser that hogged space. This one is much smaller but still strong enough to clear out seeds after my salads. After getting a crown my dentist told me to water floss around it. This product has a gentle mode that does not make the area sore and a stronger one that blasts out popcorn hulls. The reservoir is enough for one go which I like since it keeps me from overdoing it. Build quality seems good and the button is easy to hit with wet hands.

I switched from regular floss because my gums are sensitive and this device made a big difference in a week. I keep it on level 2 most days then do a higher blast on Sundays.
