Pressure level 5 is too strong for me and level 4 is almost there. Would like something in between for more control.

String floss scrapes. WaveOne flushes. The jet gets below the gumline and into tight contacts where string just bends away. A full pass takes about a minute, which is exactly why people stick with it.
Start on level one, which is tuned for sensitive and healing gums. Most people move up a level or two after a few weeks as things calm down. Got active dental work? Ask your dentist first.
Every three months, same as a brush head. Four nozzles come in the box, so that is one per family member, or a full year if it is just you.
They do different jobs. The brush handles surfaces, the flosser clears out below the gumline and between teeth. Run both and it is the closest thing to a hygienist visit you can do at home. The Duo Bundle exists for exactly that reason.

As someone with a small bathroom, the compact size matters a lot. This device stands on the sink without taking over and it’s light to hold. Level 3 is my sweet spot, but I used level 1 for the first few days till my gums settled down. It cleared out sesame seeds from a bagel like nothing. I even brought it to my office once and cleaned up in the restroom before a meeting. Simple and effective.

My kid got braces this spring and traditional floss was a battle every night. We switched to this and it shortened the whole process to maybe two minutes. The rotating tip makes it easy to get around the brackets without poking. It’s not too loud so bedtime isn’t a circus. We charge it on Sunday and it lasts the school week. Orthodontist even said to keep using it.

I travel for work every month and hated packing a bulky flosser, so this was a pleasant surprise. The pouch keeps the parts together and the USB charging means I don’t need a special adapter. I like the pulse action because it feels targeted and not splashy. After two weeks my gums look less puffy and I have fewer food traps near my crown. Customer support answered a quick question about cleaning the nozzle and were polite.

I have a dental implant and was nervous about pressure, but the settings make it easy to dial in. I start on the lowest then tap up to 3 for stubborn spots. The water tank gets me through one full session if I don’t dawdle. I rinse the tank after each use and it has stayed clean and odor free. Overall my mouth feels cleaner than with string alone and I’m flossing more regularly.

I picked this up after my hygienist nagged me about flossing and honestly it’s been great. The pressure levels let me start gently then bump it up when I need a deeper clean. The nozzle swivels so I can reach the very back where I always miss. Battery life is solid for me, about 6 days before I recharge. No mess on the counter and it tucks into the little pouch when I travel. My breath feels fresher in the morning.

Took a couple tries to aim right but now it’s part of my routine. Less food stuck after meals.
