I emailed customer service about where to buy extra tips and they answered within a day with a link which was nice. As for performance it pulls out tons of stuff, kind of gross but also satisfying. The battery indicator is simple lights and I’ve charged it once since buying a month ago. Fits on my tiny apartment shelf without cluttering things up.
