How is this different from string floss?
String floss scrapes. WaveOne flushes. The jet gets below the gumline and into tight contacts where string just bends away. A full pass takes about a minute, which is exactly why people stick with it.
Will it hurt sensitive gums?
Start on Soft at the lowest pressure level. Most people move up a level or two after a few weeks as things calm down, and the flosser remembers the mode you used last. Got active dental work? Ask your dentist first.
How often do I replace the nozzles?
Every three months, same as a brush head. Four tips come in the box, standard jets plus a tongue scraper for fresher breath.
Do I need this if I already have AuraOne?
They do different jobs. The brush handles surfaces, the flosser clears out below the gumline and between teeth. Run both and it is the closest thing to a hygienist visit you can do at home. The Duo Bundle exists for exactly that reason.

Customer service helped me with a quick question about the charging light and answered within a day which was nice. The device itself feels well made and the button placement is convenient so I don’t change settings by accident. I can reach behind my lower molars because the tip turns all the way around. After two weeks of daily use my mouth feels cleaner and I’m flossing more consistently than before. It’s become part of my bedtime routine.

As someone with lingual braces, flossing is a pain, and this thing has been a real help. The targeted jet gets under the wire without me poking at my gums for ten minutes. I rinse with warm water in the tank so it feels nicer on sensitive spots. Battery life has been excellent and the grip is comfortable even with wet hands. It’s become a nightly habit that I actually stick to.

Shipping was quick and the box included a simple guide that even I could follow before coffee. The first run I sprayed the mirror like a rookie, but second try was smooth and honestly kind of relaxing. I appreciate that it’s not too loud because I do it early when the baby is asleep. The stream seems very targeted and I can feel gunk come out from between my back teeth. After a week the bleeding I used to get has stopped.
