String floss scrapes. WaveOne flushes. The jet gets below the gumline and into tight contacts where string just bends away. A full pass takes about a minute, which is exactly why people stick with it.
Start on level one, which is tuned for sensitive and healing gums. Most people move up a level or two after a few weeks as things calm down. Got active dental work? Ask your dentist first.
Every three months, same as a brush head. Four nozzles come in the box, so that is one per family member, or a full year if it is just you.
They do different jobs. The brush handles surfaces, the flosser clears out below the gumline and between teeth. Run both and it is the closest thing to a hygienist visit you can do at home. The Duo Bundle exists for exactly that reason.

My teen hates floss and would argue every night. I handed him this and told him to try level 1 and he actually grinned because it felt like a tiny pressure washer. Now he does it before bed without me asking. The rotate feature means he can hit the top brackets and the lower molars without twisting his wrist weird. Worth every penny for the peace.

My hygienist kept telling me to water floss because I have tight contacts, so I bought this. After a week I noticed my gums weren’t puffy and my floss stopped shredding. The precision pulse feels focused and it actually gets the stuff that regular floss misses, especially around a crown. I like that the buttons are simple and I can switch pressure mid use without stopping. It’s quiet enough that I don’t wake my kid who sleeps down the hall.

I switched from a bulky countertop flosser to this cordless one and I’m not looking back. The five pressure levels actually matter because my front gums are tender while the back needs more power. I like the 360 tip since I can angle it under my permanent retainer and along the gumline. I use it every night and I’m seeing less bleeding and way less food stuck after popcorn. Battery life has been about nine days for me. It came with a pouch so I brought it on a work trip and it didn’t leak in my suitcase.

Bought this for travel because my old plug in flosser stayed at home. This one fits in my carry on and the little pouch keeps the tips from getting lost. The pressure settings are useful since hotel water pressure is weird sometimes but this stays consistent. I also appreciate the simple single button controls. Battery life could be longer but I only recharge every few days so it’s fine.

I switched from string floss because my gums were bleeding and I’m honestly shocked how gentle this thing feels while still blasting out the crud between teeth. The adjustable pressure is clutch since I start on level 2 and bump to 4 for the back. The nozzle rotates so I can finally reach behind my wisdom tooth area without twisting my wrist. It charges once and lasts me almost a week using it nightly, and the travel pouch kept it clean in my gym bag.

I bought this after my hygienist suggested a water flosser and I’m honestly surprised how fast it became part of my routine. The five pressure levels make it easy to start gentle then bump up for the back teeth. The nozzle rotates so I can reach behind my wisdom tooth without twisting my wrist. I charge it once on Sunday and it lasts through the week. The travel pouch kept it clean in my backpack on a work trip.

I wear a night guard and this helps rinse it and my mouth at the same time. I use warm water in the tank which feels better on my sensitive teeth. Pressure levels are legit, level 5 is powerful for when I eat corn on the cob. The battery indicator is clear and I have not had any sudden shutdowns mid use. Overall it has made me more consistent because it is quick and kind of satisfying.

I switched from string floss because my back teeth are tight and always snag. This device has five pressure settings so I started on the lowest then moved to 3 after a week. The jet is focused and I can feel bits rinsing out which is both gross and satisfying. The tip rotates so getting around my wisdom tooth area is finally doable. Battery life covers my work trips without hunting for a charger and the pouch keeps the nozzle clean in my backpack.

I was nervous about pressure but the five settings made it easy. No bleeding for me.
