As someone with a small bathroom, the compact size matters a lot. This device stands on the sink without taking over and it’s light to hold. Level 3 is my sweet spot, but I used level 1 for the first few days till my gums settled down. It cleared out sesame seeds from a bagel like nothing. Had a small issue with the first nozzle feeling loose and customer service mailed a new one quick, friendly email and done. Since then it’s been perfect. I like doing warm water at night which feels nicer on the gums. The targeted pulse gets right between a tight gap where food always sticks. I genuinely feel cleaner and I’m spending less time picking at my teeth during the day.

I had some bleeding gums the first two days but that was me cranking it too high too soon, once I dialed it down it felt great and the bleeding stopped. Now I do a slow pass along the bottom then the top and it gets the little seeds and popcorn hulls that always bug me. The clicky nozzle rotation is smooth and doesn’t feel cheap. I rinse the tank every few days and it still looks new.
