Questions? We're here to help.

How is this different from string floss?

String floss scrapes. WaveOne flushes. The jet gets below the gumline and into tight contacts where string just bends away. A full pass takes about a minute, which is exactly why people stick with it.

Will it hurt sensitive gums?

Start on level one, which is tuned for sensitive and healing gums. Most people move up a level or two after a few weeks as things calm down. Got active dental work? Ask your dentist first.

How often do I replace the nozzles?

Every three months, same as a brush head. Four nozzles come in the box, so that is one per family member, or a full year if it is just you.

Do I need this if I already have AuraOne?

They do different jobs. The brush handles surfaces, the flosser clears out below the gumline and between teeth. Run both and it is the closest thing to a hygienist visit you can do at home. The Duo Bundle exists for exactly that reason.

Shipping was quick and everything was packed neatly with a clear little guide. I like that it is cordless because our bathroom only has one outlet and it is always full. The battery readout seems accurate and I only charge it when it blinks. Pressure level 4 is my sweet spot for the gum line. I am a skeptic with gadgets, but this one gets used daily.

Good pressure options and it doesn’t make a huge mess. Kids even tried it and laughed.

I had minor gum recession and wanted something gentle. The lowest pressure is actually soft, and I work my way up when needed. The reservoir window shows how much is left which is helpful. The pouch keeps everything together for camping weekends and I don’t worry about dirt because it zips tight.

Five pressure settings is clutch, I start soft in the morning and crank it up at night.

Had aligners last year and got used to water flossing. Wanted a cordless one for travel and this hit the spot. It fits in my dopp kit, charges by my toothbrush, and the pressure feels consistent each time. After two months the buttons still click nicely and the seal seems tight. I’m actually finishing flossing faster than with string because I don’t get stuck.

My hygienist mentioned water flossing because I have a couple tight contacts that catch food. This little unit cleared a stubborn seed the first try, which sold me. Controls are straightforward, just click up for more pressure. The angle of the tip makes it easy to get behind my back molars without twisting my wrist. I keep it by the sink and it’s now part of my nighttime routine.

I switched from a countertop flosser because I needed something smaller for my tiny apartment. This device was easy to charge, and I liked that I could start on the lowest pressure while my gums adjusted. Within a week I noticed less bleeding when I brush. The rotating nozzle really helps me reach the inside of my lower teeth, which I always miss. I fill the tank once and it lasts a full clean for me.

Took this on a camping trip with limited outlets and it still had battery by the time we got back. I like that it remembers the last pressure setting so I just turn it on and go. The tank holds enough for a thorough rinse, though sometimes I top it off for an extra pass if I ate popcorn. My hygienist complimented me on less tartar at my six month visit. That pretty much sold me.

I have sensitive gums so I started at level one and worked up to three after a few days. The difference is obvious when I run my tongue along the back teeth, no little bits stuck there. It is light in my hand and not slippery even when wet. The best part is I can use it in the shower to avoid splashing the mirror, and the rotating tip means I do not have to twist my wrist weirdly. Feels like a tiny pressure washer for your mouth in a good way.
