I bought it for my teenage son who brushes like a maniac and the light that warns him is basically saving his gums. Setup took zero effort, just charged it and picked a mode. He likes the medium head, I switch to the soft when I borrow it. It is quieter than our old electric and easier to rinse clean around the base. I have sensitive gums and usually dread brushing, but this device changed that for me. The gentle mode is soft enough while still leaving my teeth slick, like you can feel your tongue glide over them. I did have to learn the light pattern on the pressure sensor the first day, but now it makes sense. I also like that replacement heads are labeled soft, medium, firm so I don’t mix them up. Shipping was fast and the box had everything laid out neatly including three brush heads and the travel case. The handle has a nice matte feel so it doesn’t slip when wet. Pressure feedback is a small light and a subtle change in vibration that tells me to chill out without being annoying. sometimes I forget to rinse the head and it still doesn’t smell weird, solid build, happy with it.
