How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I like that it has five modes because I use a stronger setting at night and the gentle one in the morning when my gums feel tender. The handle is easy to rinse, no weird gaps. Unboxing was straightforward, no tiny parts to lose and the charger made sense. I like that it remembers my last mode so I don’t have to fumble with it at 6 am. My wife noticed the difference in my breath and I notice less plaque on the back molars. It’s not the quietest thing I own but way calmer than my old rattly brush. The travel case also fits a small tube of paste if you tuck it just right.
