As someone with sensitive spots I was worried, but the lowest mode is super gentle. I like that there’s no signup or app, just pick a mode and go. The travel case clicks shut with a nice sound and hasn’t popped open in my tote. After three weeks the plaque around my retainer wire is way less. I’d recommend it to family.

Picked this up for travel because my old brush died mid trip and it was annoying. This one lasted through two business trips with battery to spare and the case actually fits extra heads and a small tube of paste. I like that there’s no app to fuss with in hotel Wi Fi, just click and go. It’s strong enough to feel effective but not too buzzy. Only nitpick is the finish shows fingerprints if your hands are wet.

I travel for work twice a month and the included case is actually sturdy, not the flimsy kind that pops open. The device holds a charge for both trips so I leave the charger at home. I use the sensitive mode after flights when my mouth feels dry, and the regular mode otherwise. The pressure sensor took a couple days to get used to but now it’s second nature. Overall it feels reliable and easy to live with.
