What order should I use them in?
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Two weeks in and I am impressed. My gums used to bleed a bit and the soft head plus the sensor have pretty much stopped that. The handle feels solid but not heavy. I appreciate that I can just tap through modes without reading a manual. Only small nit is the buzz at the end is a little faint in the shower, but overall it’s now part of my routine.

It cleans fine but the handle finish shows little smudges and I keep wiping it. Also the travel case latch feels a bit stiff and I fumble it in the morning. Not deal breakers, just mildly annoying.
