I tried all five modes the first day and settled on white for mornings then gum care at night. The timer pulses make it easy to move around my mouth without thinking. I’m sensitive to noise and this one is not loud. The vibrations feel more like a hum. The two minute timer with subtle pauses has me actually brushing evenly for once. After a month my gums bleed less and my breath is better in the morning.
