After my second kid I got lazy with flossing and brushing right, so I wanted something to push me a bit. The pulses every 30 seconds make me move zones and it turns off at two minutes, easy. After my hygienist told me to lighten up on pressure, I went looking for an option that could help. The sensor on this actually vibrates differently if I press too hard, so I learned a softer touch in a couple days. I enjoy the polish mode in the morning then the gentle one at night. I used an older sonic brush for years and this feels smoother and more controlled. The pressure sensor is the big change for me since I tend to press hard when I am in a rush.
