Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I bought this after my old brush died mid vacation and I’m honestly impressed with how simple it is to use. Five modes sounded like overkill but I use at least three depending on coffee and curry nights. The pressure light is super helpful because I used to scrub too hard and now my gums are less sore. Battery life has been great, still going on the first charge after two weeks, and the case kept everything tidy in my backpack.

After a month of daily use I’m impressed by how consistent this device is. The pressure light saved me from my bad habit of pressing too hard and my gums don’t bleed anymore. I rotate between gentle on weekdays and the deep setting before bed when I’ve had coffee. Battery life is real, I charged it once on day one and still haven’t hit empty. The case fits the handle and two heads which made my weekend trip super easy.

Shipping was quick and the box included everything neatly packed. First use felt a bit ticklish, then I got used to the sonic buzz by day two. The travel case is nicer than I expected and fits a spare head. I use it at the gym sometimes because the battery is trustworthy. Not much to complain about other than the instruction booklet being tiny print.

I procrastinated buying an electric brush for years and finally tried this because of the pressure sensor. It was a smooth upgrade because it feels simple to use but still gives a stronger clean than my manual brush. I love that the soft head doesn’t make my gums tingle and the deeper mode really handles tea stains. The handle is not slippery even with wet hands. Battery life is great and the charging is straightforward, so I keep it on the counter and it just works.

I switched from a basic manual brush after my dentist suggested something with a sensor. This device buzzes at just the right pace and the pressure light warns me before I mash my gums like I tend to do in the mornings. I rotate between sensitive mode on weekdays and deep clean on Sundays, and it remembers the last setting when I turn it on. The battery made it through almost two weeks before I had to charge. The travel case actually fits in my dopp kit without bulking it up, which I appreciate.

I’ve used a few sonic brushes and this one is the easiest to figure out. Five modes is plenty, I use gentle in the morning and a stronger clean at night. The pressure sensor blinks if I push too hard which is nice because I tend to scrub. Battery went almost three weeks between charges and the charger is small so it doesn’t hog the counter. I like having soft and firm heads in the box, my wife took the medium. Feels sturdy without being heavy.

Been using it for a month with sensitive gums and I have had zero soreness. The soft head and gentle mode are truly gentle, not tickly. The pressure guide taught my teen to stop grinding the brush, which was a win. We emailed support to ask about replacement heads and they replied the same day with a link. Battery lasted 18 days for us which is solid.
