I am a coffee and tea person and my old brush never got the surface stains. With this device I use the polish mode twice a week and I can feel that slick just-from-the-dentist finish. I like that it includes soft medium and firm heads right in the box since my gums feel different when allergies flare up. The travel case is compact and keeps the spare head in place. Charging every couple of weeks is no big deal.

I have a permanent retainer and normal floss is such a pain, so this device has been a relief. The 360 nozzle lets me sweep under the wire without snagging. I like starting gentle then finishing strong on the molars. No leaks yet and the tank refills quickly from the tap. After two weeks my gums stopped feeling puffy and my hygienist actually complimented me which never happens.

I bought this for my dad who is not into gadgets at all. He liked that it turns on to the last mode he used and the pressure light is easy to understand. I tried it myself and the medium brush head was the sweet spot. It’s not loud, just a soft buzz, and it doesn’t spray water everywhere like my old one did. After a month his gums bled less and he said brushing feels easier.
