After years of overbrushing I had gum sensitivity, so I was nervous about trying a powered brush. This one was easy to ease into. The pressure alert is very clear and I like that it reacts instantly if I press too hard. I started with the gentle setting and now alternate with a stronger one a few times a week. The grip is not slippery and the timer pulses help me move around my mouth. Overall my gums feel less sore and my breath stays fresher longer.

Customer support replaced a head that arrived squished and they were quick and friendly. I appreciate that kind of service because it makes me trust the product more. I’ve bounced between manual and different powered brushes for years and this one finally fits my routine.
