Quiet, smooth, not splashy. I actually brush for the full timer now.

Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

The timer pulses make it easy to know when to move. I finally brush long enough.

I grabbed this after seeing a coworker rave about sonic brushing. The first use felt a bit ticklish then I got used to it and now I love how smooth my teeth feel. The timer encourages me to actually brush for the full two minutes. Battery life has been strong and I only charged it once since buying. Good value with the extra heads included.

After a week I realized I was overbrushing for years. The light blinks and I loosen up and still get the same clean feel. The two minute timer goes by fast with the little pulses to change sides. I only had to charge it once so far. It’s become one of those small routines I actually look forward to.

I have veneers on my front teeth so I’m picky about brushes. This one feels gentle but still leaves that slick just-left-the-dentist feel. I swap between the medium and soft heads and appreciate they came in the box, no hunting around online right away. The timer pulses help me actually do the full two minutes, and the handle doesn’t vibrate my whole arm like a cheaper one I had. Charging has been simple on the little base and I’ve only topped it up once in a month.

I started using the timer to pace my kids and we turned it into a little game, they move when it pulses. Their dentist visit went smoother with less build up which was a relief. The handle is easy to wipe down and doesn’t get sticky. We keep the extra heads labeled and swapping them is simple. Would recommend for families.

After a week I can feel the difference on the back molars where I usually miss spots. The timer pulses make me switch sides so I actually give each area time. I’m a bit heavy handed and the sensor taught me to chill. I also like that it came with firm and soft heads to test. For the price it feels solid and it’s become part of my bedtime routine.

After coffee and two kids, my mornings are chaos. I keep this on the sink and the built in timer makes me slow down just enough to do a real clean. The medium head hits the right balance, and by the time the two minutes are up my mouth feels minty without that numb feeling I used to get from scrubbing. It’s become one less thing to think about.
