Shipping was quick and everything in the box was organized, including three different heads and the travel case. I appreciate the long battery because I hate remembering to charge things. I start on clean and bump to deep clean after BBQ nights and it actually feels like it reaches between teeth better. The pressure light taught my teenager what gentle means, which has reduced the lecture time in the morning. Overall very solid for daily use.

As someone with sensitive spots near a crown, I appreciate the control. I start on sensitive for a minute then bump to standard for the rest. The pressure light blinked when I got over eager, which is a nice nudge. The travel case snapped shut tight in my carry on and nothing rattled. Overall it’s a clean, simple tool that does the job without making me download anything.

Bought it for my wife and ended up switching from my old one after trying it. The firm head on the strongest mode is great after barbecue nights, and I swap to gentle if my gums feel sore. I bought this after my hygienist said I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor flashes when I push down and it trained me in about a week. I use sensitive in the morning and the standard mode at night and the switch is instant. Battery has gone two and a half weeks between charges with two users. The medium head is my favorite and my partner prefers soft. Travel case came with us to a wedding and kept everything clean, no rattling.

I share the handle with my wife and we use different heads, color rings make that easy. She likes gentle, I prefer firm, and both feel right. The pressure guidance really taught me not to grind into my gums, so less sensitivity now. Build feels solid and the button is responsive even with wet hands. Only small gripe is I wish the indicator light was a touch dimmer at night, but that’s minor.

My kid has braces and we’ve been fighting plaque around the brackets. Using the gentle mode with the soft head made her more willing to brush and she says it doesn’t hurt. My son has braces and the different modes help him clean around the brackets without irritation. The real time pressure light is easy for him to understand so he backs off before hurting his gums. He likes the firmer head, I stick with soft. We both use the built in timer to keep two minutes. The device is quieter than our old electric and doesn’t splash as much. Great family buy.
