I didn’t expect the different modes to matter, but I rotate between sensitive in the morning and clean at night and it really changes how my mouth feels. The handle is comfortable even for my small hands. The included heads make it easy to find what works and I haven’t had any irritation. I also like that the charger is compact and doesn’t hog an outlet. Very happy with it so far.

my old brush buzzed too hard and made my jaw numb, this one doesnt do that. i like the light that tells me hey chill out. also the case fits in my tote so thats cool. charge it like once in a while, idk it lasts

My gums are finicky, so I started on the soft head with gentle mode. After a week I moved up to clean mode and it still felt comfy.
