Customer service was kind when I asked about how to change modes. Turns out it’s just a quick press and you can feel the difference between each one. The balance of the handle is good and the vibration is not harsh. I’m noticing less soreness in my gums after a couple days. Wish it came in more colors, but performance is what matters and it’s strong.

I like that there’s no app to install. Just charge it, pick a mode, go. The pressure indicator taught my 9 year old to stop jamming the bristles into his gums, which has been a battle.
