We’re a family of four so the included soft, medium, and firm heads were a selling point. My kid with sensitive gums uses the soft mode and it’s the first time brushing hasn’t ended in complaints. I changed toothpaste and this brush at the same time so I wasn’t sure which made the difference, but my breath stays fresh longer now. The vibrations feel even and not buzzy in a cheap way. I swap to the soft head when my gums feel tender and it helps a lot. I also like that the charging port cover stays put so water doesn’t get in. Feels thoughtfully made.
