I bought this for my dad who has arthritis and he likes that the button is big and the handle is not too heavy. He uses the soft head and says it does not tickle too much like his old one. I tried the firm head myself and it really removed the tea stains on my back teeth. We both like the travel case since we visit family often and it keeps toothpaste gunk off the bristles. Good value for both of us.

I travel for work three to four days a week and the case is what sold me. It fits the handle and two heads without rattling which is great when you live out of a carry on. The sonic vibration is strong but not harsh and I can switch to sensitive if I had coffee and my mouth feels weird. No app which I actually prefer. One small ding the power button is a little high so I bumped it once while rinsing but not a big deal.
