Had a small hiccup when I thought it wasn’t charging, turns out I didn’t seat the cable fully. Customer service replied fast with a diagram which was nice. Since then it’s been rock solid. I do a quick minute after brushing and my mouth feels dentist clean. Would buy again as a gift for my sister who travels.

I keep this in my work tote and use it in the office bathroom after salads, don’t judge lol. It’s quiet enough and the pressure on level 2 is perfect for me. The pouch keeps everything neat and I haven’t had leaks. My coffee breath is less of a problem now and I don’t dread flossing anymore.
