I start with the sensitive mode, then switch to clean for the last minute, and the little pause cues keep me moving around my mouth. The pressure alert taught me I was pressing way too hard and my gums look calmer now. Battery life has been excellent, I charged it once after the first week and then again at day 24. I share the handle with my wife and we use different heads, color rings make that easy. She likes gentle, I prefer firm, and both feel right.
