How do they charge?

Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

The light that shows pressure is helpful but kind of bright at 6am and startled me once. Also the button click feels a little stiff to me, maybe it will loosen up.

Shipping was quick and everything came packed neatly. I appreciated that they included soft, medium, and firm heads because my teen likes the soft one and I like firm for coffee stains. The five modes are real, not gimmicks, and I switch to gentle if my mouth feels tender after a dentist visit. Battery life was about 20 days for me brushing twice a day. Customer service helped me figure out which head to start with after I messaged them about sore spots. They suggested soft and gentle mode and it honestly fixed the issue. A week later I bumped to the regular clean setting with no problem. The feedback light is subtle but obvious enough to stop me from jamming it into my back molars. After two weeks using this device I noticed my gums are not as tender in the mornings. I rotate the modes depending on coffee days. Deep clean after lattes, gentle on days I’m rushing. The pressure sensor is actually helpful because it blinks at me when I get heavy handed. I tossed the firm head and stuck with medium, but it’s nice that all three came in the box. The charger is small and the battery held up for a 9 day trip.
